My name is Chris Mueller, and I created The Fringe Label based on a simple observation. Before becoming mainstream, some of the best art, most impressive innovation, and compelling ideas originate from “the fringes.”
I’ve always been interested in weird people. People that have unique stories, and non-traditional ways of telling them. I’ve never been very interested in people’s politics or agendas, or at least not beyond the point of trying to understand and avoid being blindly influenced by them.
At the core of The Fringe Label is the basic belief that bringing genuine talent, skill, and creativity across genres together unlocks newness.
That means The Fringe Label itself is genre-less. Our specialization is in finding the stories that need to be told and giving them the attention and execution they need to break through the stigma of originating from the fringe. We collaborate with the next era of entrepreneurs, artists, comedians, and people who aren’t afraid to jump out the window and say something different.
